Storm Damage – Worcester Medical Building
Storm damage resulted from large sections of the roof being torn from this Worcester Medical Building. The breach of the roof allowed an enormous amount of rainwater to enter the interior of the building. Our first course of action during the storm was to place tarps on the damaged roof to minimize the impact of the water damage on the facility. After the storm passed repairing the roof and cleaning up the water became the major tasks at hand. We used truck mounted extractors to remove the water while the roof was being repaired. We then placed sufficient commercial air movers and dehumidifiers to aid the drying process.
