Customer Appreciation Night At The Hanover Insurance Park At Fitton Field

On Friday, July 28th SERVPRO of Worcester hosted a customer appreciation night at the Hanover Insurance Park at Fitton Field, home of the Worcester Bravehearts.  It was a great evening that included a pre-game cookout, ice cream sundae bar, and post-game fireworks show. June 2017 CE Class

On June 21st, SERVPRO of  Worcester hosted a Continuing Education class for our Insurance Agents at the Courtyard Marriott in Worcester. Steve DeBlois, from SERVPRO Corporate, presented a very interactive 'Mitigation Awareness' and 'Response and Ethics' class to the attendees. CE classes are a great way to keep up with the restoration industry. Thank you to everyone who took time out of their day to attend!

The team at SERVPRO of South Worcester were Clara Barton sponsors at The American Red Cross Heroes Among Us event on May 4th. The function took place at The Hanover Insurance Group in Worcester. Spencer L'Heureux and Marc Surette received the Britney Gengel Humanitarian Award.

Donald McKendall Receives Another IICRC Certification

Donny continues to add to his IICRC certifications. His experience and training is a valuable asset to our SERVPRO of South Worcester team members.  He has now been certified as an IICRC Commercial Drying Specialist. Already highly proficient in water, smoke & fire, mold remediation and applied structural drying, the new certification broadens the scope of his expertise. We are proud to embrace continuing education as we strive to meet and exceed our residential and commercial clients expectations. 

Walter Gagne Jr. Garnishes More Certifications

Wally keeps adding to his technical skills as a Production Manager at SERVPRO of South Worcester. Being an IICRC Certified Commercial Drying Specialist broadens his knowledge and methodology. Already a proficient technician and trainer in Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning, and the cornerstones of our industry--fire & smoke, water, and microbial remediation, he leads by example to satisfy our clients, customers, and neighbors. SERVPRO of Worcester - Continuing Education Class on Ethics

SERVPRO of Worcester recently conducted a Continuing Education Class on Ethics for local insurance agents.  More than 15 professional attended the class that was held from 9 AM to 12 noon at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Worcester.  Insurance professionals received three credits for participating.  Our SERVPRO of Worcester team can restore a residential or commercial property back to preloss condition quickly and effectively.
